ACHA continues it’s focus on health and wellness with a bit of much needed levity. Join this lime in the spirit of KUUMBA (creativity), and bring along your favorite ginger dish for a show and share, or send in a short video (2-3 minutes) recipe. HERE

We’ll be digging (pun intended) into the many health benefits of this ancient medicinal root, with Roxanne Elizabeth Francois. Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), Biofeedback Specialist, and Certified Fitness Leader. Log in from 1.45 pm, starting promptly at 2.00 pm.

Roxanne Elizabeth Francois

Roxanne is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Biofeedback Specialist and Fitness Professional. She specializes in providing nutrition and fitness programming for youth, adults and seniors.

Her interactive and creative workshops are designed to engage and educate clients. Her fun-loving approach motivates clients to incorporate wellness in all areas of their lives.

Roxanne also provides in person and online nutrition counselling.
